Mortgage Application Fees

We will make an initial assessment of your application before any fees are due. UK fees payable by arrangement.
For Spanish mortgages there will be an upfront valuation fee, followed by a broker fee on completion. You should allow costs of at least 12 - 14% of purchase price to cover legal fees,
taxes and notary fees etc. and have a minimum deposit of 20% - 30% (subject to criteria and bank valuation, 100% mortgage may be available). Payment can by made via any of the following methods.
